At the center of everything we do are our three core values: consistency, empowerment, and community. WITS advocates for every student to have access to the literacy resources necessary for academic achievement. One way that students are empowered is through the relationships they build with their mentors. From these relationships, students learn how to express themselves, gain confidence, and use their creativity and imagination.
