Initially tried my phone,. Using the USB C connection I inserted it into my phone. Then tried to connect the mic's. No luck Saw the videos on the "Open Camera' app. Downloaded it, set up the "external mic if present" no luck. The mics would not connect to the receiver at all. Flash green and red until they gave up. Trying something more by plugging the power to the receiver the mics will connect, solid green but no microphone on my videos at all except the phone. Set up external mic if present, the solid green led on the mics and receiver. Still no mic input Any idea? Any help is appreciated.

@smarttips01 Samsung A34 5G and audio pro, but any mic I use doesn't work. Mic works fine on any other phone or device. Think I've disabled something on my phone in error. I've tried so many things and it's just not connecting.

I just tested my mic on a type C phone and it connected immediately, but it’s not connecting on my iPhone
I guess it's designed for just type c phone alone
Update: I went to change the mic. I was given the type for only iPhone, still K9 mic and it worked

Just check your own k9 wireless microphone to know if the light on the port mustn't be showing to be connected

The open camera's quality isn't really nice, I just hope it will work if I get a new phone.
It is quite manageable if your phone can't connect directly. That's what I use for some of my videos. Just enhance the setting and your lightning
