Depletion region, does it exists in forward bias, as forward bias voltage increases then width of depletion region decrease I think, but how it is not in tunnel diodr

Zener diode and Tunnel diode both are doped high.
1.due to high doped ,zener diode depletion barrier decrease in the aftermath zener diode have different IV characteristic under reverse bias with normal p-n junction diode but same characteristic under forward bias.
2.Due to high doped ,Tunnel diode depletion barrier decrease in the aftermath Tunnel Diode have different I-V characteristic under forward bias with normal p-n junction but similar under characteristic under reverse bias.

Sir I have a question ,at the point O the holes & electrons are moving in opposite directions due to tunneling, then the current will be in the one direction (in which holes are moving) ,but that's not happend............
