The Greninja, Kingdra, and Kingambit not being SIRs in the set kinda ruins the sets potential, but I'm also not complaining because now I can easily get them all LOL
Recently got back into the Pokeworld, picked up the Kingdra box myself! Haven't opened it yet, was checking around watching openings before pulling the trigger. The promos are insane! The Dusknoir line is my chase cards!
i quite like the arts in this set, but yeah, very strange to take two anticipated cards and put them in the collection. but i'm sure it makes them more money this way. also hex, remember how i fixed your gardevoir pronunciation with voir = Noir. Well for dusknoir, noir = NOIR! dusk noir, you silly silly man xD
Best promos so far from SV. SS had the Eeveeloutions boxes with the Alt Arts. SM had the tag team tins. XY had Charizard, Blastoise, Venasaur and Pikachu full art promos with multiple pokemon of same type which are nice.
This was the Revavroom collector's dream. The promo cards are surprisingly nice. I'm not too hyped for the set, but there are some good cards. The Horsea and Duskull IRs artworks are great.
