I wish you'd also show us how you're hanging it... Those screws are different. Also would love to see this in use. The blocks seem really small to me for writing... Does it really work for you? Thanks!
ok you definitely don't need a glowforge for this now.. easy enough to just drill holes after you're done with the vinyl part and you could have made the vinyl a bit wider and played with the design to make it a bit thicker too but this project came out really nice i like your idea of putting it on the back so the marker dust doesn't get in the way. very very crafty xD
I have two questions for anyone out there! Should a special type of drill bit be used, or just the regular? What would be the most attractive way of hanging this? Ordered a sheet of acrylic and those special screws from Amazon. Cannot wait to try this and start using it in my house!
Love this! I have a question for the Crafty members. Are you still paying for Cricut DS? I am and it seems a waste now. Will I be disappointed if I cancel my DS? I'd rather spend that money on supplies! Thanks everyone!
I just did everything you did making a round acrylic keychain. It is a baseball design. I used the exact brand of vinyl and the exact transfer tape that you used. I burnished the vinyl onto the round acrylic, and the vinyl was as smooth as silk, but after I peeled of the TT slowly, there were a lot of small bubbles. I must have tried six times and still bubbles. What am I doing wrong?
I had that problem with vinyl on glass or acrylic and tried the technique where you use water mixed with a very small amount of dish soap to the smooth surface first. I think Michael has a video on it but there are others on UA-cam that show it also.
I need to retire to have the time to make all these cool things!
Thank you. That is an awesome project 😻 I have been sick with Covid. Watching your videos is so much fun. I feel better just watching them.

What do you drill the hole with?

I personally am not, and I’d agree. I think crafty is covering all my needs compared to Cricut
