Sorry got to call b******* on this one. The last date on any calendars 2010 or 2012. If that is the case there's no dust on any of the objects that he is showing. Not even on the benches or anything else. Also to put the place of the strap-on as part of a weird hey look at what we did here thing is sick. Take a closer look at everything within the video and there's no way this place has been abandoned for 10 years. Also there's no way that the power would have been left on for 10 years. And lastly it has been 12 years I can guarantee you those keys of those cars would not be sitting there with the people that know this place would be empty considering even a 20 to 30 year old used hearse goes for $20,000. Better luck next time trying to debunk people. You may get a lot of people to watch this on first go-round but do your due diligence and at least spread some dust around and make it look like it's been abandoned for at least one year.
Lol call it whatever you want Kevin. This is very common and happens all over the USA. So Kevin, why don't you explain what happened since you know so much? If it closed in 2012, did we go in there and clean up the dust? Did we bring the 2012 calendar and it really closed last year? You sure thats not your strap on laying on the ground? That would make the most sense lol. Since you know so much about the property, were you the one who went and dusted it? I have so many questions for you Kevin. You think people just steal hearses because they are left abandoned? We have photographed over 50 abandoned abandoned herses. Why haven't they all been stolen? And we actually have the proof on this channel. Better luck next time not looking like a complete idiot talking about a situation you clearly have zero knowledge on. Going to pin this comment so true viewers can speak on this.
A manual electric typewriter! Now THAT is crazy! I bet it still works. The fans and lights still on--more craziness. Somebody is paying the light bill and property taxes.
I found an obituary for Sandra Elaine Jones with the same birth and death dates shown on the urn. Do you know if the container was empty? I’m asking because in the comments her mother mentioned going to her grave 😢. I am assuming it’s the same person.
I just wish that you would SMOOOOTH-OUT your camera work just a bit MORE. Remember we are out here and it AIN'T supposed to feel like a ROLLER-COASTER RIDE!! lol. Thanks.
@@cheiatianbriem2078No, but a lot depends on the length of time between death and the funeral, also the ambient temperature. Embalming arrests decomposition to a certain extent but cannot reverse it. In cases where the deceased is to be repatriated, airlines will insist on embalming before carrying the deceased as will the country receiving the body.
I have worked in a folk history museum years ago and we had funeral artifacts in the collection. Some of these items are very old and perhaps should be preserved.
i know that ya’ll know real camera people so why don’t you get one? there are plenty of videographers out there that would probably love to help out with the channel. you can see it has stunted your growth probably, also the lack of intimacy with your audience is a hinderance as well. love ya’ll as explorers and photographers but this could and should be way better by now
Well Jon, I will give some feedback to your comment. First, I've been a videographer for over 20 years. Bob on the other hand is still new to this, and isn't trying to become a cinematographer by any means. He is an explorer at heart who likes to document it. We're working on getting his filming better. As far as "getting" a videographer, theres very few people in the world I even care to explore with let alone take with us on vacations to the locations we spent so much time researching. Touching on the "stunted growth" you actually couldn't be more wrong. The channel has had its best year in the past 7 since we started it. While some people like yourself might not like raw videos, our audience and analytics show different. If you know anything about youtube, this video is ranked 3 outa 10 for this channel. A video ranking 3 is pretty damn good, and contributes to growing your channel. UGC content is bigger than ever, and even though it might not be for everyone, it actually out performs our documentary videos I spent weeks if not months editing. Again, thanks for your feedback, but we'll stick to what works for us at this channel.
Yep,I think you have explored every abandoned funeral home in existence. Lol. Keep them coming please! I enjoy them too. I'm watching this episode outside in the dark which makes it even creepier🙀👻☠️
I wonder if a crematorium or maybe funeral home is abandoned maybe they leave some blank forms that could be used to fake a death. I never hear of folks faking death but from my experience it wouldn't seem too hard to do if you know the tight person and are in the right area. My area only requires a coroner or doctor to pronounce death in certain circumstances.
Abandoned central thanks for sharing this video with me i felt some spirits in the funeral home while watching this video i am a male medium and the place had spirits in that place. and God Bless and thanks.
When my brother passed away his wife couldn’t afford to get his ashes back so as a family we clubbed together to bring him home otherwise he would still be sitting on a shelf in a funeral home, so I’m wondering if that is the same situation as to why we see peoples cremains still left when funeral homes are regrettably abandoned. I’m actually appalled at how many of these funeral homes are left to rot like this tho it’s heartbreaking 💔, thanks for the vid AC ❤
12:00 1981-84 Cadillac Hearse in front w/ flat tires that Smells. Real metal chrome bumpers. Real metal emblem on the hood NOT Plastic! AT 12:50 a 1994-96' Cadillac Hearse that needs detailing in the worst way. But like the others it was found... Dead.
Eternal rest grant unto them, o Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them. May their souls, and the souls of all the departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace.
Who owns the property ? And the vehicles ? I want to buy one of those hearses Please let me know if you have any contact information for the owner Thank you Bill KC2OVX
It's unreal that this abandoned funeral home appears to be untouched, aside from from some rummaging. There are some pretty cool antiques and collectables there with nothing to do with the funeral business. The hearses even have value. Who owns this place and where is it located? I am always surprised when there are cremains left behind. Many cities/counties have a designated pauper cemetery area. The leftovers could be taken to the local coroner/public administrator and would be put into the pauper vault. With names on the cremains boxes, family could be sought out and maybe they might like to take care of the cremains themselves. Should relatives come looking for their loved ones, the public administrator would have records so the cremaines might be turned over to them.
That was so cool! I used to have a hard time watching funeral home videos. They used to creep me out. The very first Abandoned Central video I ever saw (the first EVER abandoned funeral home for me) made me gag. LOL I'm okay with it now thanks to you. 😉
Wow, nice explore! Thanks for bringing us along! I'm amazed by the remains of the passed away individuals left behind, I'm surprised the families didn't come claim them for proper burial. Enjoyed watching!
@abandonedcentral For some reason, I can comment only under someone else's comment. This funeral home is really bizarre. Like someone had a fetish mixed with death, yikes! Some very strange finds from beginning to end. Nevertheless, great job!
Damn that Caddy at the end looked clean, shame she got left to sit on flat. Would make a good project car and I'm huge fan of old station wagons/hearses.
I have noticed that there are Hearses and sometimes other vehicles left behind at these places...Why? How come you guys don't grab Keys and get a Tow Truck and take and restore some 'ADDAMS FAMILY' Station Wagons' Send in for abandoned Title son!!! Come On Now! I expect MORE outta you kids! This ain't Scobby Doo ya knew! Fear Not! Now go get those Station-Wagons of Death and restore and sell some. My Tattooed Cousin Dave would do it if he were here!
So thats explainable. Typically with utilities unless their requested to disconnect they wont, so buildings and stuff that are no longer in use will have power til they are explicitly told to shut them off, and some states its illegal for a utility to touch them even if they suspect or know the building to be abandoned. This also means unless the owner notices, they will keep billing until its shut off too.
Funeral homes get their share of homeless people and those bodies that are not claimed by family. This is a serious problem for them--the cost of refrigeration is expensive (storage). Cremation ashes you see are probably from either homeless or unclaimed by family.
I've no idea why I'm watching this...? morbid curiosity maybe? HeY when I'm dead I may be SO creeped out that I jump up in my box and scare the sh.t outa of other explorers LOL!
Hahaha, the pron wagon! I've officially seen it all now. 🤣🤣🤣 With as gross as the embalming room was, you know it was hardly cleaned. If the people that went there weren't already gone, they would soon be from infection. I hate grimey people....
That vintage equipment isn't out of place in a lot of firms. You would think they would update that stuff but really there is no point. Those enamel tables especially, they last forever and are such a good design that they still make them today in essentially the same look. Those resurfaced would fetch a pretty penny. Also you really should be wearing a respirator around those chemicals. Formalin (embalming fluid) is very volatile and even tho they're in bottles they can leak out. That stuff is carcinogenic as it attaches to nitrogen atoms which WILL damage DNA among other stuff.
The fact once we die, our bodies might go somewhere like this and become someone's work they clock in to take care of as in embalm, put us up for presentation to our loved ones and then bury us for all eternity where we become plant food, worm food etc. or else we get cremated and blown into the wind.

Actually the embalming machine is used for arterial embalming. The gravity feed is for cavity fluid embalming after you have trocarred the abdomen
Excellent and accurate info, can confirm 😊 I was an embalming assistant from 1992-94. Did you study mortuary science?
