Spot on, it's a bad deflection. Here it's bad pricing. Product seems okay at about half the price, which is the price of the Costco cookies brand she copied. Substitute product in marketing would be those Costco midnight minis or any other value cookies. The amount of oreos or knockoff cookies for cheap would be interesting to compare. She messed up one of the 4 Ps in marketing, price.

That's because many people are oblivious/ignorant (not their fault) to personality disorders such as Narcissism.
To her, you're insulting her, to which that is a personal attack that has ot be dealt with in kind, because Narcissists are emotionally unstable and can not ever take criticism or accountability.
In their mind, if they accuse you of something you accuse them of, or blame them for something, it basically absolves them of any guilt or crime, because in the end, you are the evil one and it's all your fault.
I have a family member who is a narcissistic and has extreme emotional issues. They will blame you for something, flip out on you, and if you say something back to them, or tell them to calm down, they will flip the fk out and tell you to leave them alone and to stop attacking them, going batsht crazy on you for attacking them, when they were the ones who attacked you the entire time.
These people are selfish, and only care about themselves.

Let's be honest,15 grams of sugar per serving is not healthy. Especially when a single serving size can fit in the palm of your hand.
