I've always wanted to be a slim, muscular,lean guy. I've finally accomplished one of my life goals...

A lot of people just need to work on their self-image. Basically, how do you see yourself in your mind's eye? I remember in the book Psycho-Cybernetics the author, who used to be a plastic surgeon, said that even though his patients got plastic surgery, they only started to see results when they changed how they saw themselves internally. In other words, their self-image/concept. I have to thank you for everything you've done for me. It's been over 4 years since I've taken my physicality to a whole new level. I'm literally getting too much attention now. Women are starting to get very aggressive. But I can't entertain them all. I have to stay in my lane. I realize the women I want have to be of substance. It's weird how a women with an average body can have so much sex appeal, while a woman with a stellar body but no internal substance can just be such a turn off. I just seen a video from BGS about the anima and animus, the body type that you are naturally attracted to is usually the type of build that you would have if you were the opposite gender. I'm 6'2" 235 with a proportional build and I usually attract medium sized women, I haven't had many big woman or really slender woman show interest or approach me. Humans naturally are trying to find the other side of themselves.

I'm a slim dude (5'10 145) because I never ate enough. Ofc I backed it with style and a mouth piece but it wasn't enough for me. Now, I'm disciplining my UNICEF child looking self to eat more and work out significantly more, because I'm tryna tap into my own masculine development... I know women will lust it more as a side result of that... But remember men, you still gotta do this for yourself.

My body got use to all my workouts now I don’t even sweat no more i looked up a workout on UA-cam yesterday and did it and I didn’t sweat i was so pissed i wanted to fight somebody and my body gets use to workout quickly.being in good shape has a bad side to it

My engine revs the most for the Whitley Gilbert/Kandi/Christina Millian/Jessica Alba size women. I've dealt with all sizes up to a 14 for me to know this. Size 2-4 keeps my attention in/out the bedroom. The bigger she is, the prettier she has to be for me to acknowledge her.

Excellent video. One thing I've always been blessed with is big muscular legs. I was that way from a kid. It's funny when I'm at the gym and I see guys that are so big up top but they got two little sticks for legs and I feel bad because I know they work to try to get more muscle there, but I'm just thankful that I don't have to worry about that as much. Also one thing I don't believe in is the wall. I think we all have an individual wall but it's up to us how long we can keep from hitting it. Also just because there maybe a wall doesn't mean that wall can't be taken down. I've seen it time and time again. I love all older women too btw.
