    Sirji, Since 4,5 months , My meditation was going good .. although sometimes deep and sometimes not , but now since a week or more , laziness is coming even for sitting meditation. Previously, Even If I come from work at 12pm in night, I used to be super excited for meditation but now laziness is kicking me

    Pranam Sir, in meetings when I listen very carefully, my brain also needs to process what is being told, so there is a kind of analysis or judgement in listening to the meetings, is that mindfulness or sheer waste of time as mindfulness is listening to the sound as it is without any judgements, notions, queries?       kisi or karen se ho to rest ker lo ya koi light medicine le lo ( ayurvdic ho to jyada achha hai )
