Sirji, Since 4,5 months , My meditation was going good .. although sometimes deep and sometimes not , but now since a week or more , laziness is coming even for sitting meditation. Previously, Even If I come from work at 12pm in night, I used to be super excited for meditation but now laziness is kicking me
