"All doing well" is Waaayyyy too vague at this point. How about "She has two more chemo sessions" or "The latest tests have shown no cancer cells" These kind of statements are more indicative of a person's welfare without disclosing anything personal such as location of surgery, etc.

Why is it so necessary to invade Kate Middleton's private life that much ? How would you feel if it was you who was in the same situation ? She became absent from that role with nov prior warning. The 'communication' that has been given by way of photographs were proven falsified. There are valid questions about the authenticity of the video. The matter could easily have been cleared up months ago with honest communication. She said herself her health was fine and getting better every day. Yet no appearance or update. This is not normal or professional conduct in any way.
