Maybe you can help me with this situation I have, I have a Cap Pro 1826 body worn camera, i want to use the GPS function and have the map to show locations, the map that's un the software is set up using the United Kingdom, how do I get Goggle map install as the map, it stated that I need a api key how do I install it, does it go into the bodycam or the app ?
i have a question, i created a Google cloud account with a project and it never asked me to create a billing account, so now i have an Api key for MAP SDK ANDROID only (that`s all i am using) and it works fine, without the billing account. Now my questios is if a will always be able to use it, or once a put my app on Play store it would stop working due to the missing billing account?

I don't have credit card but my friend allow me to access his credit card so please help me how can i add his credit card in billing i have tried 2 time and google verified that card but after completed the process google shows "mobile and email not registered" but i have already linked my friend's mobile number by otp verification. please help me how can i add his credit card with my email account.
