Thankfully the only real estate video I like from Pakistan. Loved landscaping internally, use of tech. Not sure why you'd need a 1st floor kitchenette? But the focal point of a natural tree is a blessing to see. 👍🏾

Its nice but l think there are many areas which have many impractical fixtures. Like flooring on roof top. which l suppose was laminated wooded which definitely will be so so difficult to maintain. Moreover the stairs l feel will are not child friendly and many much objections, But l think there is always room for improvement

I have seen hard working Pakistanis working in fields and dying there. In Pakistan politicians, Army officers, government officers and their group of industrial friends are the only ones that can earn crazy amount of money.. So 99% chance is that one of them will buy that.
