    Great video sir.
Could you answer me a question, is it possible to associate a stimulus with a state of mind that you train it, example:
If the subject was confident and calm while playing video games and at that moment he would take a stimulus such as chocolate, and each time he would play video games he would eat chocolate, and never eat chocolate outside of it, then after 30-60 days of repeating, if he were to go into public speaking and would feel nervous would eating chocolate trigger the mental response he had during videogames? Would he associate chocolate with confidence? Since Ive experienced an dog attack at a certain house, and each time Id pass that house id feel the sense of fear.

Poor Boi Hi there-thanks for your question! Yes, that is perfectly possible. You can intentionally use classical conditioning to solve problems, as you suggest for alleviating the fear associated with dogs after experiencing an attack. We’ll discuss phobias in a later video, and what we’ll see is that phobias can be treated through learning techniques.

Daniel Storage ah Thank you. It’s pretty sad and frustrating that videos like yours go un-noticed while useless videos get more viewers, I don’t understand why people can’t comprehend how important conditioning is. Good luck to you.

I've tried learning concepts, but before I do, I always have to look at the book and read the words, so unfortunately that is the stimulus that makes me remember concepts. So whenever I need an answer for a question, the first image that pops in my mind is the book.
Unless I visualize the concepts using my imagination. Then, unfortunately, I remember my very poor imagination. Is this classical conditioning?
