@@dianadom4742 I placed it on my fore head then the yellow cap on top. I got really hot half way through and everything started to slip off! I would use a cap with a chin strap. It was a bit stressful!

I used the gopro head strap...which worked fair.
I Do Have The GoPro Head Strap As Well But I Thought it Would Slip Off Due To Getting Wet. Great To Know It Stayed On. Thanks Daniel.

No it is deep...with the salt water and wet suits, everyone is very buoyant.

I’m so disappointed they don’t have you start from the island .
They drop you off very close. I think there is a bird sanctuary on the island that complicates a island launch pad. It is still very fun.
