It depends on the book... any niche can be successful. If you're an experienced writer for that age group then your chances are better. Write for an audience that you understand and love writing for, that is the best way. Good luck!
This is a terrible example of a low quality book that got lucky with some spammy keywords as the author name (which I didn't think Amazon was allowing anymore).
This kind of trash is what people are buying. If you see a great book with everything perfect, it is not selling at all probably. Trash books are top these days.

I disagree, quality books always sell better and consistently. This book is not a bad book, but they have made mistakes.
I agree Nuria, sometimes we don’t know how a book sells so much, but what we do know is that a quality book is always more likely to sell more
I think the book is printed on one side so that the pages can be removed for easier coloring, to be given away (💌) or as fridge art.
These kind of books are seasonal, they just sell in February and in January a bit
