Boys of Tomen! Binding & Keeping 13, saving & redeeming 6 and Taming 7 comes out April 16!!! Awesome found family, lots of triggers, but so WORTH IT!!!
Thank you for the rec!! I just bought Binding 13 but I’m scared to start it because I think it might be too heavy. I need to look more into the trigger warnings!
The bookmarks part is so relatable. I'm either losing bookmarks or they end up forgotten about in books I dnf. I'm trying to lean into making my own, even considered buying a laminator, but it's so much easier to just buy them. Though I will say I've noticed prices for bookmarks have gone up, so it's making the idea of doing my own even more tempting.
Glad I’m not the only one experiencing this minor inconvenience! 😹 I think making them could be a lot of fun! Maybe I’ll try it one of these days. Thanks so much for the watch 💗
Nice to see you back 🤗 I hope you're doing ok. Your energy seems flatter than usual. Just a warning on Butcher and Blackbird it is quite gruesome in spots and spicy ++. Enjoy your new reads 📚🥰
Boys of Tommen series.... read the trager warnings.... its an amazing series.... but its heavy ...but worth it ....but also is the hall series...not just the first book....but who knows?! Give it a try, in a good day... Nice to have you back!❤
Okay, I’m going to look deeper into the trigger warnings! I really want to start the series! Thank you so much for continuing to watch my videos 🥰 it means the world!!
I loved Powerless by Lauren Roberts so much!! The tension in the slow-burn romance is so good, and I liked the characters' growth and development!! I loved the plot so much!! I love Paedyn and Kai so much!! I also love Adena!! The world is not that hard to understand!! I love Lauren Robert's writing so much!!
Maybe it’s printed part upside down because it’s called Twisted, love? I’m just sending an Amazon book back. It was dirty like food on it and supposed to be new. They are replacing it.👍🏻
I had that thought too!! But I ended up returning it. Book wasn’t for me anyways 🤷🏻♀️ Amazon books have been a hit or miss for me when it comes to quality… but they are cheaper and easy to return. It’s all about preference! Thanks so much for the watch 💞
Most of Cassandra Clare’s books are set in a world where Shadow Hunters exist. The Mortal Instruments is Urban Fantasy and the other series are Historical Fantasy I think. I haven’t read them all but as far as I’m aware, you don’t need to read the series’ in publication order, but you do have to read each book in the separate series (Mortal Instruments, Infernal Devices, Dark Artifices and Last Hours) in order. The Bane Chronicles is a spin-off series as is Ghosts of the Shadow Market which add more backstory which you may or may not want to read if you enjoy the rest of the Shadow Hunters books. Hope this makes sense. 😊
Goodness!! You are so much help! Thanks again! I went ahead and grabbed City of Bones over the weekend. I think I might want to start from the very beginning and do Cassandra Clare right!
@@Sydney.grahammm Just be aware that whilst I personally liked the Mortal Instruments it is considered the least liked Shadow Hunter series. There is a trigger warning of suggested family members dating which is probably a big reason it is less liked. I haven’t read enough of the other books to view an opinion, but I do prefer urban over historical in general.
Loved Binding 13 but the triggers I can think of are domestic abuse, underage characters (nothing happens) and a character with absolutely no social filter (tbh, Gibsie is the best). The Boys of Tommen series do have some pretty serious subject matter but, so far, I’ve found them to be engaging, not perfect but I’m so glad I picked them up. All I can suggest is to try it. If it’s too much then move on to something else. 😊
Thank you so much for your help!! I think I might start the series this summer and if it’s too much then I can put it off for another time! Thank you for the watch! 💗
