AIQ is another ETF worth looking at, in addition to BOTZ. AIQ is focused more on AI technology than on robotics, but both themes will go hand-in-hand as the robotics/AI wave develops

Eventually robots will be a household staple, but still many years off. LLMs existed all the way back around 10 years ago and only got hyped recently in the past year, so I think another 5-10 years off for consumer robots to start being priced into stocks.
I'm way under 45 I remember the Jetsons. It was on cartoon network

Adam you missed out on the fact that the teslabot would have the best navigation and communication capabilities from full self driving and X (Grok). Its dexterity seems to be the best as well based on its more human like fluidity
See what China robots in comparison with Nvidia robots. They already working in fields & factory. Their movements are so humanised.

great work as usual Adam but all the other companies are doing what they are doing for long time for the same field.sure nvidia been around for long time but hype going on only for ai and sure again nvidia chips are great.there are other companies are going to share their cake soon.on the other hand car companies can't compete Tesla cause its too expensive returning to hybrid cars.not saying the best thing to invest is Tesla but between those it is my opinion.
First it’s the age of Artificial Intelligence and now it’s robotics. It sounds menacing i just hope that AI and robotics are not fully integrated. We all know how that went in Terminator

Large cap TECH: Nvidea, meta, amsl, tesla, Microsoft,Google,palantir, crowdstrike, tmc, marvell
Under the hood automation large caps: Siemens , SAP, Bosch, Schneider
Under valued/Small caps: poet industries , uipath.
As my growth 40-50% at the moment
Got around 40-50 stocks total
Rest more in non-cyclische, healthcare, bio (high risk), mining stocks when they are low , and low on dividend. And trying to get in in right cycle and sell 80% when i think the cycle is over and move that over back to non cyclical/reits/funds.
And got some crypto in low cost DCA on projects with models for the future like. Golem, iexec that could be valuable IF computing power is going to be treated like a commodity.. with some btc eth sol and dot. (But maybe spending 50-100dollar a month, 300-400 goes in stocks,etf,reits,funds)
Maybe tips, or this valid strategy for the long haul ?

Most of the top robot companies are private like Boston Dynamics, Hanson Robotics, Agility Robotics, probably they know what they are doing, the don't need public money

I think its you who is way out. Its the hardware that will enable data storage and training. Hardware will lead first, followed by software.
Data and computing power. Robots will need to learn and respond instantaneously, and they'll need compute to do that.

@@jayms1981 if the hardware is a hard prerequisite for data collection (which I think is likely), then efficient mass manufacturing is the moat to look for. Who is the leader at that?

The 2002 movie "time machine ", Guy Pearce entered in a library greeted by an AI in a human form displayed in a plexiglass panels asking what he was looking for. All his questions regarding physics were all answered by AI. The AI in the movie mimic a human being. Its like talking to a real human, its just on translucent panels to power it.
