I’m in the Atlanta area! I’m a owner operator and I’m still OTR. So I just got certified and took the defensive course in my state. A good friend of mine that still works for Landstar is about to give me my 1st load. I say that because when you said load board vs contact was confirmation and I wanted to tell I appreciate the videos and being that I’m a CDL holder it should work in my benefit in politicking !
Great info and much appreciated. I haul O/S and live in Chattanooga, TN. Going with Evergreen for certification next month. I want more freedom and get out of the truck. Your vids are just what I need. I have several Escorts as contacts and there is one that was the best lol. He would bring breakfast every morning lol
💫 Hello 👋🏼 Chris I’m a new Subscriber In The DMV Areas. I’m Retired & I’m New To This Industry and I definitely need to learn more about your class so I can get started 👑💃🏽🚚🚙🎙️
Good info. I'm a Chemical driver out of Houston. I'm going to look into this business. Seems like low start up costs & seems like you can make some good coin. Will go with US Piolet Cars-Utah per you & my friend who recommended US Piolet Cars-Utah. Appreciate the vid & will stay in touch. Looking for other avenues to get into besides trucking with less maintenance. How does payroll work? Stephen-Houston
Hello from the comment that I see everyone sending you is it from Atlanta do you live in that if so this class is not going to help me I will not be driving because I live in Central Texas
Not sure if I understand the question. If you are asking if they train you in that cert class I have to say from my experience and what I know there is no official training in any of those certification classes they are all safety based classes. Me and my people do not and have not taken the Washington but know a few that have.
Hello just subscribed-I left my career in construction estimating to dedicate myself to my husbands owner operator business. He is currently hauling oversized and overweight loads. He leaves me with his 2500 when he’s out on the road and I want to grow the business by offering piloting service throughout California. We don’t need certification here but I do need training. Do you think the website you recommend is worth it or can I start cheaper? Any advice or help is appreciated!! 🙏🏽
The site recommended is to get certified. If you are looking for training I would suggest the training course offered here at Pilotboy. It's the most detailed and comprehensive going over eveything from how to dress the vehicle how to actually do the job and escort an oversized load, the lingo how to charge what to charge how to invoice and get paid etc etc. Shoot me an email if you want to talk more! chris@pilotboy.life
I honestly don't have a lot of knowledge on the industry as it pertains to Canada. I have personally taken loads up to the Canadian border and from there a Canadian escort picked up and ran with the truck driver the rest of the way into Canada. So there is definitely work in Canada I just do not know how much.
Hey Chris I’m Earl in Georgia I’m very very interested. I own and operate my commercial cleaning Business as of today over 14yrs just my wife and me I’m ready to move in a new place please 🙏 I will love to talk with you ASAP please tell me how I can contact you

Sounds like you do not have the means to be a legit pilot car driver.

I'm in Georgia, how's the industry here. This looks like something that would be good for my brother
That's a good region. Actually all we run is mid west and southeast and make a living from up. I've been able to scale from running like that as well.
To make it out like more of a deal then what u know it is
Hey Chris how is the west coast for business...interested in taking your course
West Coast is good. You can actually make a living out there without leaving the region.
