It must be a professional chorus group, specialising in the genre of Rabindrasangeet. May very well be a group from Bangladesh.

'Ek Samay' is a variant / blend of malhar/s (as the lyrics also indicate). That said, the opening music has some simlilarity with this upload. Nice connect.
This song is based on a relatively lesser heard but a very compelling raag, Badhans Sarang. (Sarang-s & Malhar-s do have some common terrain).
The song is composed in the style of a Dhrupad.
