Is anybody having success with the mirror tehnik
Key Thought Technique
1. Find a quiet place
2. Lie flat on back close your eyes and relax
3. Contemplate on the unity of the Universe
4. Imagine a light bulb in your mind
5. Say 7 times in your mind “I am” “Ommmm”
6. Take 3 long deep breaths
7. Open your eyes and go about your business and stay positive
Laser Consciousness Technique
1. Count up to 100
2. When you reach 100 fix clearly on your mind a square block of human flesh of your size
3. Concentrate on it for approx. 3 mins
4. See a pair of brand new arms slowly emerge then the legs and then your body
5. Continue to visualize your body rising from the bed and slowly blending into the new one
The Here Now Vibration Technique
1. Write your desire on a small piece of paper
2. Carry this paper where ever you go
3. Read your desire and mentally repeat it
4. Read it with all your will power you can muster
5. Believe it will happen now and go about your business
Mirror Technique
1. Gaze into the mirror and fondly analyze your face and ambitions. Do you want to transform yourself? Mentally create the image of yourself the way you want yourself to be.
2. Continue such concentration and admire yourself as the potential of Gods creation here on earth. You are made of his image think about this idea until it makes sense to you.
3. Keep your mouth closed and don't open it.
4. Breath through your nose very slowly and rhythmically
5. You will feel body sensations until you feel buoyant.
6. Think cluster of thoughts related to your desires with confident determination.
7. Think I am rich, prosperous and abundant... Think big moving thoughts the exact situation you want to realize.
8. You will feel refreshed and peaceful. Continue looking into the mirror and try to observe the kind of transformation within the contours of your face.
Cosmic Expansion Breathing Technique
1. Sit in a comfortable chair for approx. 5 mins with a blank mind
2. Stand straight with arms limp with mouth shut empty mind of all thoughts approx. 3mins
3. Concentrate on the center of the imaginary screen on the cavity of your forehead
4. You have tapped the infinite resources of mind mental energy. Breathing eases and peace ensure throughout your body. The cells are receptive to super intelligence vibrations of space.
5. Close your left eye and nostril with index finger of left hand. Inhale through right nostril and hold for 10 secs.
6. Open your left eye and close your right eye and right nostril with right index finger.
7. Exhale completely repeat this process until you feel satisfied you have done a good job. Your tuner will let you know.
8. When you get up in the morning look into the mirror and observe favorable changes in your looks.

Listened to this video last night. Have been having severe pain for a month and a half and doing easy exercises the chiropractor gave me after two sessions with him. I had an appointment today but last night something popped and my severe pain was no longer there and I could freely breathe. I'm still doing his easy exercises as I transition into my regular glute and core routines because I'm a bit sore and they make me itch which I think indicates healing. I'm 65 years old and I was crying when I called to cancel today's appointment because I am so happy. And strangely they were happy to give my appointment to another person. He's not the usual "Bread and Butter" Chiropractor in that he does not keep scheduling visits. I think I stepped into a different reality. Thank you Brian as your videos help me feel positive and help me believe.

I discovered the mirror technique on my own and used it with success but then dismissed and forgot about it because I thought it was perhaps a fluke. But hearing it here made me remember it and having my own experience, it helps me to trust the methods and wish to dive deep and use them as prescribed on a more accelerated level.

Dear Brian...Oooh! Over the years I have used some of these techniques to GREAT EFFECT...however INconsistently. BUT NOW...and there is ALWAYS NOW! Thank you so much for this. Had not learned of David Troncoso. This pulls together much of what I've already read AND USED. "THIS is the day, THIS is the day that the "Lord" (the LAW of BE-com-ing-ness) has made. I WILL REJOICE, I WILL REJOICE AND BE GLAD IN IT!!!" The key is to CONTINUE to apply this knowledge to every aspect of our lives.

With the knowledge I have gained over the past few months, this book resonates with me as a very practical way to achieve your heart's desire. I always thought I was going crazy…I tell people that when I’m in the silence of meditation, that my mind hears a vibratory sound and I discribe it as a radiating light. It started to happen 2 years ago…I have the chills from the moment I wake until I sleep. i personally think we we’re meant to be nudist cause I personally think clothes are meant to hold down our vibration/ weaken it. Thank you Brian, since I watch your video, and meditated for 2 years, I think I was able to activate my vibratory tuner. I have become so compassionate that I find myself catching roaches and setting them free in fears of my love ones killing them. If the world only knew the type of person I was before I became awaken. Life was tough 2 years ago. Now I see everyone as myself, and all I want now is to help humanity and do what you have helped me become/remember. thank you Brian, for you were the catalyst that help me awaken from a horrible nightmare, now I spend my days thinking of ways to do the same with everyone I meet. When I was still a kid I used to look at myself on the mirror for a good 5 minutes I used to do this many times secretly, I could notice that I'm not my body and that there's a power within me which I couldn't describe to no one, I would ask myself if the name I was given at birth if it's really who I am or not. My imagination was very powerful to such an extent almost every night in bed I would see a project unfolding itself before me, and I couldn't wait for the morning so I can build it into physical realm. I was an inventor, very creative , I lost this power along the way as grew up. My biggest reason I listen to this amazing podcasts is to claim those powers back. Thank you Scott

There is a woman on the internet who promoted a 41 day prayer for manifesting prosperity. She used a affirmation devised by Earnest Holmes which she modified a bit. She only discussed financial prosperity... but from my understanding, based on Louise Hay, Prosperity/abundance is ALOT MORE than just money. For example an abundance of: harmonious relationships with friends and family, time, material abundance, sound health, financial freedom, knowledge, applied organization and education, wisdom, spirituality, joy, peace of mind and much more. Also, everyday for 41 days "The Universe" gifts you a certain amount of money and you have to spend all of it on whatever you desire including tithing 10%.... Brian would you be interested in creating a 41 day youtube meditation series that I could follow along with to create prosperity of all kinds?

YES! I want to hear more of these! I am a former English teacher, and I love books, especially old ones. It’s amazing that even though they perhaps didn’t realize it was the word “pineal gland” to which it was being referred, it was known that there was something there that connected to the universe. I’ve changed my vibrations in the past, but didn’t realize then that I was “setting the ball in motion”, and things changed for the better me. I’m trying to do that again now with my health, but it is something that changes day to day. I hope one of these techniques will do the trick so I can achieve homeostasis. Thanks so much! 🙏💫

Thank you Brian for reading to us all these wonderful books! I was so intrigued, I bought this ebook from eBay. I've been practicing some of the chants from this book since purchasing the book about 5 months ago. My stocks went up around 200,000, and I've met a man I really like. We are spending New Year's together 😊 Also I got over a cough I had for a month. I thought I had covid but test came back negative. I'm going to continue to practice even more consistently and see what happens 😌

I am so happy that you are sharing these books with everyone. I haven’t ever heard of vibrasonic. I honestly don’t think there are any books that shouldn’t be read unless they are to someone’s detriment. It is very refreshing to listen to other viewpoints and techniques. The mirror technique sounds somewhat similar Louise Hay with the exception of keeping the mouth closed and looking for positive changes. Thank you so much for continuing to uplift people and giving viable exercises to continue our efforts for spiritual growth.

I had also practiced a method I found on a vhs by A women named Nancy Ford, the vhs biogenic holophaysing using visual techniques and specific hand movements across the body to heal the body, the vhs became destroyed but I remember the technique exactly and could never find it again or the woman. it was done in the eighties I think she was from Washington state
