In the video at the time 17 min 35 sc..perhaps an error : the portal veine PV as the IVC collapse during deep inspiration and the correspondant waveforms rise in velocités ..so what may be correct is : if diameter of PV greater than 30 mm during deep inspiration and 60 mm during expiration or quiet respiration ....
13 mm in quiet inspiration and 16 mm in deep inspiration @@theophilusedoki5590 she said it in the other video where they also spoke about portal hypertension minus the patient.. (ultrasound evaluation of portal hypertension)

I think it is 13mm in deep inspiration and 16mm in expiration

Respiratory effect on portal vv is absent in portal hypertension
