Screen resolution at 1920x1080? What if my monitor is 2560x1440? ...also, is the 240 fps good for ONLINE multiplayer matches? Thought it wasn't working?

I tried to do this, but whenever I start the game up it gives me a warning with 'Guest accounts are restricted from accessing this content'. And then I am only able to play with my mouse and keyboard. Do you know how to fix this?
