I really enjoyed this. I like how you shared scenes that helped me understand the environment and establish the mood. The clips and the images came together so harmoniously. Thank you.

The music that accompanies the video touches the wistful part of my heart and stimulates my reflection. I find the choreographic idea of allowing the real background noise to flow in and out of the music in subtle transitions at the beginning and at the end to be a very welcome, sensitive stylistic device. Everything is in motion, every step of every single person on the streets and paths is unstoppable, just as time passes with every second. And here is a short, very beautiful moment of contemplation 2:07. Very nicely edited sequences and transitions from bright daylight very slowly into twilight and evening light. In between, a few shots of the “blue hour”. For example 6:59 and 7:39 wonderfully atmospheric intense color photos. Thank you for this beautiful video work and for the captured photo moments.

Thank you bro! It’s a really neat area of Tokyo I hadn’t explored before. The outskirts of the city hide a lot of decay and older buildings that have have largely disappeared or are disappearing from the central, downtown areas of Tokyo!

Man, Tokyo's outer rim is so interesting. Excellent documentation, man. I particularly like the street with all the shops around 5:54 - also, That shot's great. Cool walk. Thanks!

Agreed. Seems like the outskirts of Tokyo are left more untouched by redevelopment, leaving us more old buildings to see than in central Tokyo. If you haven't checked out Koiwa yet, you really ought to. I think it’d be right up your alley 😄

Just found your channel, great work I just returned my X100VI as I like my Q3 better but debating on picking up a XT5 with a few small primes as I miss fuji colours. I was just in Japan as my wifes family is there. What do you do in Japan? Cheers.

Thanks! I think the XT5 is great value if you want a Fuji; it's not much more expensive while being readily available and having more features 😅 The X100 looks nice, but I have a GRIII to fill the EDC roll for me already.
I’m a teacher as my day job. Photography and UA-cam on the weekends 😁

      I live in Chiba prefecture.
GRiiix eh? I've also been thinking of adding one to my kit. I genuinely enjoy shooting with GRs more than my other cameras 😅😁

@@jamesford_jp I once had the Regular GRiii but returned it. However I missed it but for me I think I prefer the 40mm equivalent.

28 and 40 mm are my two favorites, so having one of each in a GR is something I've wanted for a long time 😆
