Bondi Rescue follows the work of the elite professional Lifeguards who patrol Australia’s busiest beach. This is Australia’s real life Baywatch! Taking the viewers on their journey through mass rescues, drownings, resuscitations, shark sightings, and all number of the weird and wonderful experiences Bondi Beach dishes up.
In #BondiRescue the audience sees the action through the eyes of real characters and #lifeguards like Hoppo, Deano, Reidy, Jesse, Maxi, Whippet and Harries, as they catch thieves, perform CPR, make drug busts, break up fights, and even handle a navy bomb that washes ashore one afternoon. Little dude in the first clip was in a state of knowing that he is okay, but he still had to cry it out, because his emotions are so heightened. No kid who is really hurting and destressed would give such a willing and solid high five, lol. Children's heightened emotions are wild.

I remember being on bondi in 2011 when a girl approached me, I was alone and she seemed really friendly, very pretty and genuine. I started telling her that I had always wanted to come to Australia and meet the lifeguards for a pic, and that I had seen one of the lads from TV near the shoreline. She offered to watch my bag but I said it was fine.
She also said she was a dancer in a club and if I was looking for work..... About two minutes later, two guys sat behind me looking suss, they pretended (very badly) to act as though they didn't know her but kept looking over as if trying to gauge how it was going with the conversation.
It felt strange knowing they were in on a strategic plan to either get my bag, or recruit me in some way. I was very dismissive with her, and only gave one word answers. Think she knew I was not for budging.
When she left I saw her scan the beach for another tourist, and about 5 mins later the guys got up appearing to walk in the other direction. Half Hr later I saw them together sat at the back of the beach quickly rumaging through a bag like vultures......
Sadly someone became a victim that day, just glad it wasn't me.

He probably was tired and exausted from the long flight getting there 4 hours ago. Wich made him so much more sensitive to that situation, than he would have been any other day.
