As per my understanding, Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB) on OCI, you cannot directly manage datafiles as you would in a traditional, on-premises Oracle Database. This includes tasks like adding datafiles, resizing datafiles, or setting limits on datafile sizes. If DBAAS as well, only OEM allowed not having indepeth like PERFORMANCE HUB option in console.
