Yes!! They've earned an international fanbase over the last decade… They'll probably go to Taiwan at some point, that's where a lot of Idols go to test the waters for the international circuit... Hopefully some convention in Europe or the USA that hosts music will invite them to perform -- main issue is Rei only speaks Japanese (Rie knows at least four languages: Japanese, Cebuano, Tagalog, and some English)
The fact that Rie is closer to 30 than to 20 (she will be 27 years old, next month) but still looks exactly like when she was 17, it's impressive. She doesn't age. Rei, instead, changed so much, she almost looks like a completely different girl. Her face is so different now, and her body is way skinnier than before.
Rei got double-eyelid surgery back in 2021. That plus losing a LOT of weight totally changed her appearance. Meanwhile yeah, Rie really doesn't look any different than she did at 18-19 even though she turns 27 soon
