Since I have learned to make kulfi and chocolate icecream at home, this has become our favorite. One box of kulfi icecream is still in my freezer and will be gone soon. Hubby loves it thats why i make it for him. I mostly use condensed milk as the flavor gets strong , this time i made with brown sugar and the flavor is same but color is just like yours.

I have tried this kulfi everything was perfect bt the overall taste comes little bit bitter due to caramelised sugar syrup.
Yess bcz you caramelised sugar too much or might b little burn...so that's whi if you burn the sugar too much then you got like this .
