So there I was this Sunday just gone , at 6 am in the morning -had the weekend off as I’m a chef by trade ( hideous hours ) and I had a whole pile of Eucalyptus stumps to chop , loads of old crap with knots galore and I couldn’t be bothered .. I just couldn’t , but I knew it had to be done ,anyways .. I switched on to Buckins’ channel as I do with my morning coffee and 1 single video inspired me at that moment to just get it done .
So I marched out to my yard and spent the next 8 hours solid chopping and stacking , chopping and stacking and I finished a broken man , jees that was tough but - I FELT GOOD , I achieved, and all the time I was sweating and cursing at the wood I had Buckin Billy Ray in my head just telling me to keep going . SERIOUSLY.
Buckin , the content you produce in your channel is powerful . The words you speak moves me .
    Please….. consider writing an autobiography.

Hey there wood chopper, I've made the same decision as you some 3-4 years back,I love dropping trees & chain saws.I thank you for the reassurance that you give me,& feel the same way you do about what people think or don't think.55 in February & still climbing with experience in many other trades I feel safe dropping power lines to drop a tree or doing whatever it takes to get them off the house. Which I've had to do although I don't have the experience you probably do, and just a small community where I live I dropped several Big trees. And after watching your videos I'm starting to feel safer about the wedges and the decisions I make with ropes and trucks and such

hello buckin nice video lots of info for certain people i bought a 372xp 15 years ago and love it the only thing i did not love was the chains that i dulled out with all that speed and power that i was not used to coming from smaller saws i filed my but off for quite a few years than finally saved a few bucks for an oreogon grinder but was never happy with the results they came out sharp but never out of the box sharp fast forward a few years i finally nailed it to anybody reading this post you have to experiment with different angles for the wood you are cutting once you find the angles for your grinder you will love it i can actually cut more wood on my grind than out of the box

I love the feeling of a freshly sharpened chain. Especially after you've gone a little bit longer than you should have with a dull chain. Saw just pulls itself away from me and feeds itself down in the bucks, all I do is hold on and watch the chips fly. I know you will anyway but please let us know when that new 2 stroke oil is ready for the market! Cant wait to try it. Thanks Buckin, love ya

I'm not 20 years old, I'm more than 40 years past that, LOL... I too, used to be an alcoholic, I quit drinking after I met the mother of my children, 25 years ago. I straightened up and flew right as my father used to say. I wouldn't dream of changing a single thing from that moment on. My children grew up and are productive members of society, with good moral standing and respectfulness that I never had at their age, I am very proud of all my children, due mostly to the woman that I fell in love with each and every day. I worked all my life to try and be a good father and be an example for them, I can work circles around them yet and at 60+ years old, trying to inspire them to reach higher all of the time.

I have had a couple in my 55 years of being here. I love figuring out why. One thing I would like to say, is, dreams don't work unless you do. So dream, and work for it, make it happen.

Too many folks are hung up on status or money. If you want true happiness, do what you love.

Just happened to stumble upon this positive ass dude whilst trying to learn more about tree trimming and axes. Ended up looking forward to not only the saw and axe stuff but the wisdom and kind acknowledging words in every video. You da man ayyy

Do a job that you love and you will be happy the rest of your life! Their is risk in everything but if you don’t roll the dice 🎲 then you are not even playing the game! Their are hundred dollar bills laying everywhere you just have to find a way to provide a service that they are going in your pocket and not collecting dust somewhere! Great video Buckin I love it great message. Hope everyone’s having a great day. And be kind to each other!👏🤟🏻

From everything that I can see- I could never imagine Buckin’ being satisfied selling high end men’s clothing when he seems to be happy doing manual labor and wearing work clothes.
Thanks for the tips in this video.

Overwhelmed right now. 😍Searched for recommendations for a new gaspowered saw in a carvers group( not decided yet...) , your videos came my way- in this case: thanks for Algorithms. 🤣. Man, you've got to tell a lot that helps, way beyond handcrafting. Love it! A lot of food for thinking and find the way of passion again. Thanks for that and thanks to your marvelous wife!
