- Stephanie Pratt is making all sorts of claims about her 'Hills' co-stars, saying Heidi is responsible for the Lauren Conrad sex tape rumors and calling Audrina Patridge 'crazy.'

Also Lauren told Heidi that if she kept dating Spencer she was 'off the show' as if it was Lauren's show and I find that extremely controlling and manipulative so I can *almost* understand why Spencer lashed out at her.

Actually Jason tried to sell the sex tape of him and Lauren and I can see Spencer making a comment about it in passing and Lauren finding out and blaming Heidi for not shutting him up. To me it seems Lauren's anger is misplaced because she should have been furious with Jason because without him trying to sell the tape, this wouldnt have even been an issue. Also, it was super annoying that this happened between seasons when they weren't filming and then started the next season talking about it when the viewers had no clue wtf happened lol

I was a fan of stephanie, until she decided to use social media as a platform to attack her fellow cast mates. Regardless if its scripted or not she needs to grow tf up!
The show is heavily edited and a lot of important details are left out. No choice - the show is only 42 minutes.
Steph signed up to openly share her whole life but MTV has the right to film and spin the narrative in any direction they choose to (in order to suit a storyline in the way they choose to present it).
With that, it’s frustrating & tough for her to NOT share extra things and her feelings on social media that we aren’t getting through production.
You may call it ATTACKING but she’s upset and prefers to keep it REAL as opposed to others who just smile for the cameras and keep us in the dark to what’s REALLY going on behind closed doors.
Stephanie doesn’t sugar coat anything.
If you listened to her podcast from the first episode forward, you may have a better understanding.

She definitely has some sort of a personality disorder! There have been several Americans who have lived in England for decades and haven’t developed an English accent. Just like when Britts move to the US and lived here for decades don’t all of a sudden lose their accent and start speaking with an American accent. She’s mental!!

Heidi is a classic narcissist and it's pretty clear. Obviously several elements of the show are fake, it's tv, so duh. However, once Heidi wasn't part of Lauren's storyline, she began to construct fake narratives for herself, which the producers encouraged. Because of this, both Heidi and Spencer are adamant that the show is super fake and scripted. But it was THEIR storylines that were completely fake, not everyone else's. But because Narcissists only see things through their eyes, they both live a lie that ""EVERYTHING IS FAKE!!1"" because it doesn't make them look as bad for ""playing"" the most awful people on tv. Everyone in LA knows Heidi started those rumors about Lauren way back when, not Spencer. She is really truly a nasty person, and unfortunately extremely manipulative. She has full hair and makeup done just so she can call paparazzi to take pictures of her shopping. Stephanie is a former addict who definitely lives in her brother's shadow. And whether it was acting or not, he was incredibly abusive to Stephanie on the show. That is traumatic and damaging. I'm really happy she's cut them off and I hope it's for good. They are really really really toxic and awful human beings.
