there are backing vocal tracks only. Yes, J.R is a very good guitarist but he is literally only hitting like 1 note over and over again, it'd be pretty sad if he couldn't pull that off live LOL
@@leadme2thebliss21it’s also about the rhythm u fucking try. With my band we play with no back tracks and rhythm can stump us. Granit we play a lot more technical but still muscle memory is key. Give him a break
The songs have background synthesizer tracks to ambiance, but otherwise he plays the guitar himself. It's a shame that Bryan didn't continue with the project, as the band's two albums are excellent and date back to the period where nu metal was dominant.

Head did backup vocals in korn since the very start...so yea I'm sure jd influenced him. Heads backup on balltounge is so heavy you can see how much head influenced korn and Jon's heavy styles

Still can't stop watching Head's singing, still waiting new Love and Death album. Braian is a great frontman. Charisma, energy, emotions. He can't sing on Jonathan's level, but acts from heart.
Korn is so amazing. They changed the music world with their sound back in the mid 90s. Not only did they influence newer bands that came after them but they influenced bands that came before them to change up their sound. One of the main reasons Max Cavalera started Soulfly was because of the influence that Korn had on the music industry.

Brian has really good vocals for live singing. This band is awesome. Of course "the abandoning" is my favorite song on the album.
