  • Roxanne Swentzell is a renowned sculptor and contemporary Pueblo artist from Santa Clara. She also created the Flowering Tree Permaculture Institute, and in this talk at FUZE.SW 2014 in Santa Fe, she talks about the new Pueblo diet and its dramatic effects on the health of Puebloan participants.

    I hope that this project is continuing and spreads because it's so essential for our society to go back to a diet that suits our bodies best.

    Does anyone know if Hopi blue corn is the same as Mohawk Nation's blue corn. Our blue corn kernals come in different shades of blue with white inside.
