Regarding glass bottle pallet packaging, the following knowledge points need to be understood:
1. The number of glass bottles is calculated based on the diameter and height of the bottle. It cannot be too high or too low. Too high may cause the pallet to not enter the container or warehouse normally. Too low will lead to waste of resources and increase costs.
2. The thickness and gravity resistance of the pallet paper are also high-strength, and the customer cannot be damaged after receiving the goods. The height of the pallet edge is adjusted appropriately according to the bottle body. If the customer automatically takes the bottle for filling, it can only be replaced by a pallet board. Some customers require plastic pallet boards, so the relevant hardness, strength, color, etc. must be communicated in detail.
3. The thickness of the outer heat shrink film is also strictly controlled and must reach 0.1mm, and the top is tightly sealed. Even if the pallet is placed outdoors in the rain, rain will not enter the pallet. Some customers require the use of stretch film packaging, so the number of wrappings of the stretch film is 5-7 round to ensure safety.
4. The height of the pallet is controlled within 1.25m, which is convenient for customers to manually take bottles. If there is a sinking equipment, the pallet height can be higher than 2m, which can also save some packaging costs.
5. Strapping tape, two horizontal and vertical strips. In case of high drag, three horizontal and vertical strips, and a strapping tape is applied every three layers of the pallet to ensure safety.
6. Pallet size and load-bearing: reinforced composite platform board 120*100*13cm, dynamic load within 0.9 tons. Heat-treated platform board 120*100*15.5cm, dynamic load within 1.2 tons. Plastic pallet 120*100*15cm, dynamic load within 1.5 tons, recyclable and reusable.
