This performance is from an year and a half ago, when Josie was still in the band. I really wish she was still in the band....her fiddle playing and harmonizing really added to their sound...

A generous musician lets other musicians shine. Raul is that generous man. He lets Sierra do her thing and magic happens. Their voices are so evenly matched and blend so beautifully the result is simultaneously happy and haunting, a rare thing. I am a new Mavericks fan coming here through Sierra. How I've missed out all these years is beyond me!
Well that’s just pure magic, a powerful lineup and performance and another spell weaving song from Sierra. Hats off Western AF, I hope to meet you all one day. 🙏🍻
@@TheGuitarsquatch Absolutely touring together & playing their respective work & a few collabs to finish would be power. the UK's calling, well if I speak for the UK that is.
Brand new fan here. Saw you two at the Big Top in StL last night with Elephant Revival. It was a fantastic show. 10 out of 10! I've got you on my play list now. Looking forward to what more you can do with that talent..
Got damn I love this music. This is what I point people to when I say I love country here in the UK and they assume I mean John Denver's Country Roads (nothing against John, a real songsmith in his own right) or Cotton Eye Joe...
A few months ago I found this channel by searching for new artists after stumble upon Orville Peck, and I fell in love with Sierra's music. Great recording! Greetings from Uruguay!
⭐YES !! THIS version - it captures everything that is so great about the song when performed live - if this was on a jukebox I’d wear it out in a couple of days and have to buy another one - superb doesn’t come close ⭐👍
If I were ever actually in love with a voice it’s hers. I want to go harvest dinner, cut firewood, and cry in a cabin during a rainstorm with her consoling me.
Sorry to burst your bubble but this is a fairly old video at least a year old I’m pretty sure Josie is still going solo at the moment, it would be great to see her play with Sierra again one day though
wow. this is kinda cool...🤣...what an amazing version. saw her do it live a few months ago. such a beautiful and talented lady. pray for the opportunity to see here again.
I thought maybe Josie was back but this was recorded in 2022. Sure do miss Josie...love Sierra but something is missing without Josie, she added so much.
All of my favorite musicians playing a kick ass song! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Would love to see all of you tour together (and come through Colorado).
OMG!!!! Such magical love converted into sound waves designed for our listening pleasure. Almost too good to be real. Simply beautiful and musically genius. 🎶 ❤🎉 🌼 🌸 🌻 🌹 🏵 🌼 🎶 🎵

(these videos are on UA-cam) She plays nice mandolin on "Rain Is Coming Down" She plays musical saw on "You Are My Sunshine" (the one busking in Nashville) she plays washtub bass busking in Asheville NC, also busking with Ladies on the Rag in New Orleans LA. Her albums BEFORE Long Time Coming I find very rewarding also🙂
@@bealestreator8940 I’m embarrassed to admit I didn’t know she had two other albums before Long Time Coming. 😬 lol Thanks for sharing all this info, I’m going to have a fun afternoon checking all this stuff out today.
Nick Shoulders and Sierra Ferrell?!? It's only Halloween and y'all already sending Christmas presents.
Saw a Shoulders opener for Ferrell a couple years ago in Denver. Real good stuff!
Real talk. Would have loved a yodel
For real man
My thoughts exactly

You can tell by Sierra’s demeanor that she knows she has another hit😂

Im really into this whole 'busker-punk-country' thing going on.
Only that they play it really clean and are aware of each other, all pros. Folk punk buskers tend to play really messy and just make noise
Glad to see Josie playng with her again, even if it is just a cameo..
This was recorded last year

This song makes me want to run downhill real fast! 🔥
Hahaha I love it! 😁
Many versions on line of Sierra doing this song. This is by far the best. Great arrangement.
Definitely, I only wish they had the drums too!
Outlaw country brought me here!!
Josie Toney rocks the fiddle! Sierra's 2023 road band is great, but wish Josie was still in the lineup
Me too. Her fiddle playing and harmonizing really added to their sound...
Most definitely I met Josie at a show in atl a few years back so talented and so polite
ayee with nick shoulders, means i gotta listen for sure
Sierra Ferrell is a GEM!
That voice is truly something special. It's enough to conjure spirits.
Oh! Nick and Josie! The gang's all together, again! Please bless they form one big super band and do a tour next year!
This was filmed last year 😢

Josie Rigatoni and Sierra!! Seen them in Dillon Colorado a few moons back 🤠
There are no words for how much I love this.
Sierra is queen
Saw Sierra and her band perform last night... first time. They didn't disappoint! Amazing concert.
Sierra Ferrell - you feel it girl! Cheers

Thanks friend!
Hope Josie plays with her again one day. They were a delight on stage together. Nick brought this home.
I agree, but Josie has too good of a voice to waste as backup. Maybe some stints here and there

God I’m in love with this woman ❤

Saw her play this in OKC with Nick Shoulders as the opener and it sounded just like this. Great song!!
Hellova a duo

The boys make a great ensemble and the ladies are transfixing with their energy. Sierras writing is getting cooler and cooler. Ohhhh Helll ya western.
