Cool views of Fontana one of my Favorite dams. Factoid, Fontana is the tallest dam east of the Rockies. Hover Dam is 764 feet tall and 1,244 feet long. Fontana Dam is 520 foot tall and is 2,365 feet in length. Quite an impressive dam and the history behind it is short of being amazing how they quarried the rock out of the hillside to make the concrete. Only problem, the rock was of a poor grade of stone! I was hoping you would venture into the tubes lol!
Great shots! You still using the Blade? What gimbal are you using? My cheap $100 gimbal finally bit the dust! Looking to get the Phantom 2 Vision+ or I might try my luck with the Hubson Pro X 4 that is supposed to be out soon. Keep the videos coming!
