Back in the past, they were talking about if they ever got married in real life Mew needed to give him a dowry. Gulf originally said the dowry for getting married would be 10 million baht. But then later, he changed it to 20 million baht. During the Dentiste live, Gulf had to make Mew laugh and if he couldn't do it, he'd knock off 1 million baht from their dowry. Gulf couldn't do it and so the dowry became 19 million baht and currently that is what it still is. Essentially, when Mew gives him the 19 million baht, that means he's going to propose to him. He still hasn't given Gulf the 19 million baht as of right now. Or so we think because we don't know what goes on when the two of them are alone. Also the Ang Pao (Red Envelope) is an Asian thing. You get it every time there is a New Year. Your parents or elders give you a certain amount of money in a red envelope every year to celebrate the upcoming year. They also give you money in a red envelope on your birthday too. So essentially, Mew is saying if Gulf doesn't get any money in his red envelope, he can come to him and Mew will give some to him. XD
Also, so when Gulf said 'how much money will you put in? will it be 10 million?' The line meant, are you going to propose to me and ask me to marry you?
