The bridge dribble is actually performed by pressing R1/RB two times fast. And then choosing direction with the left stick ofc

To stop that you need to start slow, pick a skill move for example let's say the elastico now play a match on a difficulty that is lower that you play on( even if you only play online ) now the objective of your next match will be to just do the elastico all the time. You will stop all the panic and start getting used to it. Try it
