This is the most confusing device I ever own. Got this unit about a year ago. It takes a very long time to connect to Bluetooth device each time. It is difficult to delete paired device if it's full. Once it connects to the BT on the phone, I could not use the phone through bluetooth, I would not be able to listen nor other side would be able to hear me. I wish that I got something else.

Good question Neko. That is something our tech support can best assist you with. You can reach them directly at the number at the bottom of your invoice or account login
We think you are describing a spectrum analyzer as that is the thing that looks like an EQ and changes levels based on the music. However, this receiver does not have a spectrum analyzer.
Not anymore as this model has since been discontinued and replaced but the newer version: KW-R920BTS. Both models offer 3 adjustable zones of color illumination and, yes, you can select a single color or each zone or all three zones instead of it constantly scrolling through all of the colors. You will find this information, and more, by clicking the "Details" tab on the stereo's main webpage at Crutchfield.com and scrolling down below the "Features & Specs" table: www.crutchfield.com/I-rYTVc180/p_105KWR920B/JVC-KW-R920BTS.html?tp=5684 Hope that helps!--Crutchfield

+Jamiel G The stereo will store up to 5 Bluetooth phones/devices in it's memory before it becomes full. If you've recently updated the OS of your phone, it's possible the stereo thinks it's a new phone and cannot pair if the memory is full. You can delete stored phones from the stereo's memory by selecting "Delete Pair" from the Bluetooth settings under "Menu".Hope that helps!--Crutchfield
I just bought this stereo and I absolubtely love it, but the only thing is that sometimes it just says reading and doesnt respond to any buttons I press, it even stays on when I turn my car off when it normally turns off aswell.. Any help?

Whenever I turn on my vehicle the demo mode comes back on. Would you have any suggestions as to why this is? Thank you. --This is after having turned off demo mode with vehicle on.
It sounds like the 12volt constant power (yellow) lead is not connected properly. The constant power wire retains the stereo's memory (clock, station pre-sets, audio adjustments, settings, etc.) so, when it's not connected the stereo resets to factory defaults each time the vehicle is powered down. Hope that helps. --Crutchfield
