I think Sanemi hates demons even demons like Nezuko because of his history you know like with his mom she was a demon and he probably thought she was going to be nice but she wasn’t of course and then he had to kill her so having that sort of trauma probably just reflects on how he thinks of all demons and I don’t think a simple encounter like her not eating humans is going to change that around yk.
⚠️Manga Spoilers⚠️ Nezuko actually did conquer the sun and fought the demon daki (I think thanks there name their an upper moon) but after she fought them later on in the manga not to long after the fight tanjiro found a way to make nezuko human again but in the process became a demon but he did defeat muzan by himself tanjiro became the new demon king but some how became human again 🙂👍
