This is probably one of the most helpful planning and productivity videos I have ever watched. THANK YOU! 🙏🏽

This is so extremely helpful! I’ve been looking for a way to utilize the brain dump and I love the 4 color code system in correlation with doing, delegating, deleting, and deferring
    -- and --
the flex to do items with tasks that are verb oriented !!!!
Well- that made a lightbulb go off over my head!!!
Thank you, sincerely, thank you. I am usually overwhelmed by the never ending to do list - you have a very insightful (and sane) system that works brilliantly.
I am new subscriber and looking forward to watching your videos (Which are well done by the way -thank you for no loud distracting music, speaking clearly and for sharing your organization skills ! you definitely have a new fan in me… ). Cheers, Holly Parker

Another Great video! I’ve been brain dumping for sometime; however, thoughts have been kept on different notes of my tablet. I’m gonna start writing all things on paper in my HP Monthly layout planner and color-code. Then plan accordingly. 😍 your planner style, black & white tile and handbag!

Once again another great video. I will have to watch it several times. I created a list at the beginning of this year of all the things I want to get done in each room. I need to use this to break down the rest of the things on my list I want to get done and give it a date. Yesterday when I planned to work around the house to get things done, I always make a list, I think mainly because I like to check things off! Lol 😆

Thank you so much for this! I’ve had a lot on my mind and this really helps a lot. I’ve had workshops on GTD before but it’s also a matter of applying them to our life. Love your video! 💕

Do you have a morning routine and after work routine list since you don’t write all the steps down?

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS. WE LOVE YOU AND YOUR IDEAS, AND I REALLY NEED TO LEARN HOW TO USE BIBLE VERSES IN MY BIG HAPPY PLANNER ALONGSIDE MY BRAIN DUMP, AND CALENDAR.

I know you are taking some much needed time off but thought maybe someone else may answer this that knows the answer--what about the ideas/brain dumping throughout the month that come up-do you add to the next months brain dump or just current month & prioritize it as you did at beginning of month? Thank you

Hi Tina! Since I posted this video I have done away with the Weekly List in an effort to simplify things. I have been updating the current month's list (aka my Monthly List/ Master To Do List) each day as I think of more ideas or things that need to get done, and use the current month's list as a reference point during my planning session at the beginning of the week. I go more into detail in the ZTD video series: ua-cam.com/play/PLsZ6cHina-iScpdp7g_wICZZM2sqiJG1b.html
