Dee you can go on the 5 hour Bahamas cruise leaving out of Miami or Ft Lauderdale. Leaving around 6:30am and returning at 10pm. Also you can checkout Sawgrass Mills mall in Sunrise. Dee I have been living in Miami for almost 30 years, what people are saying about sharks in the water is true. It's not shark infested, but yes there are causalities that are very concerning. If you go please be cautious.

Places of Interest.
Bayside Marketplace, Downtown Miami. (You can board a boat for short tour of Miami coastline and view Celebrity homes around Star Island.
Miami Beach - Stores and restaurants on one side and the beach on the other side. Yes you may see sharks.
Everglades National Park - you may see alligators.
Key West - 3 hrs drive but very interesting. Drive over the 7 mile bridge, visit the most southernmost tip in the USA. Everyone wants a photo at the monument there!. Amazing sunset to be seen in Key West. Couple beaches there
Miami Metro Zoo - great Zoo. Nuff walking.
Many super Malls.
Coconut water in certain Cuban shops and markets.

Dee, just a thought from someone who has travelled for decades and could be your mum. New York City has many places of interest and a lot of history. If you had taken a tour on the double decker bus, you would have learnt some of the history of NYC and seen other significant places. Walking the streets in NYC is like walking anywhere without the history. NYC also has great shows and museums to see. I believe as you get older, grow, and get exposed to a different side of life than you have had in your youth, some of your interests will change and you will appreciate other things that a lot of us enjoy. I only wrote this comment because of what you said. I still enjoy your videos, and you are doing a good job.

I will emphasize Dee, if you take the one day trip to the Bahamas, you’ll need a visa to return to the USA. The trip to nowhere is better. Lots of activities, wonderful dining, games, shows, it’s nice to do especially for your birthday with friends. Not expensive, I had my friends join me instead of gifts and everyone had a ball. On Brickell you have four buildings called the “Four Ambassadors” they turned a couple into hotels and the others Condos. They’re Ocean Front with pools (one heated in winter) right there they have daily boat rides. Have fun!

Hey Dee, there are alot of good restaurants in Miami, that has the type of food u love to eat. There are so many different cultures as you can see while you are getting around. I love Miami so much i use to visit 2-3 times a year. Some of my family use to live there❤😂
