Im Interview zieht er Parallelen zu seinem eigenen Familienleben, spricht über die Arbeit für Disney und verrät, worauf es ihm beim Synchronisieren besonders ankommt.
Der deutsch-spanische Musiker Álvaro Soler spricht und singt in der deutschen Fassung Camilo, einen geborenen Entertainer, der gerne im Rampenlicht steht und die besondere Gabe besitzt, jederzeit sein Aussehen verändern zu können. Soler, der sechs Sprachen spricht und bislang zwei Millionen verkaufte Alben und über 4,5 Milliarden Streams über alle Plattformen hinweg verzeichnet, wurde bereits mit mehr als 80 Edelmetall-Awards ausgezeichnet. Nach TV-Engagements als Juror beim italienischen „X-Factor“, Coach bei „The Voice Kids“ und Teilnehmer bei „Sing meinen Song - das Tauschkonzert“ hat der erfolgreiche Musiker jüngst sein neues Album „Magia“ veröffentlicht. Für ENCANTO hat er zudem auch einen Endcredit-Song aufgenommen.

Ich finde den Cool und ich finde auch Persönlich Camilo echt geil weil er auch so ein perfekter match für mich ist außer unser Aussehen und Geschlecht. Ich habe auch das genau selbe humor wie Camilo. Mein Lieblings Charakter

Camilo ist mein absoluter lieblings Charakter. Ich finde das der "echte" Camilo auch so ein netter Mensch ist und einen sehr tollen Humor hat. Ich fande das sehr interessant vielen Dank für den Film!

Hab den Film bei Disney Plus gesehen und direkt dannach nochmal im Kino angeschaut, weil ich diesen Großartigen Film nochmal auf großer Leinwand sehen wollte.

Encanto ist der Schönste Disney Film den ich je gesehen habe. Ich habe ihn schon 12mal auf deutsch, 2mal auf Englisch und 1mal auf Spanisch,Italienisch und In beiden Französischen Version gesehen. Ich liebe diesen Film.
Ich liebe den Film. Und ich liebe die Geschwister Dolores und Camilo. Ich kann mich mehr mit Dolores rein identifizieren , die alles hört. Seid meine Eltern vor vielen Jahren bei einem Autounfall verstorben sind, habe ich immer ein offenes Ohr fuer meinen kleinen Bruder, und fuer meine Familie. Manchmal war mir das zuviel bis ich mal explodiert bin, weil mich niemand gefragt wie es mir geht. Aber mittlerweile ist es besser. Wie schon gesagt Camilo und Dolores erinnern mich voll an meinen kleinen Bruder und mich. Ich finde Filme so genial mit denen mann sich identifizieren kann.

He first talks about how much he likes the movie. During working on it he only saw the studios 'in progress' visuals with watermarks and he's really looking forward to watching it in the cinema.
He then talks a bit about his new album and how it relates to the magic in the movie. He says that the movie kind of fits to where he is in life right now and that he's really excited about the premiere.
The interviewer then asks about his Spanish heritage and if he was able to relate to the Columbian setting of the movie. He says "yes of course" and then talks about his grandparents who like to live traditional and have lived in the same apartment in Barcelona since they got married. He compares it to his life and how often he moved homes and explains that there he can see the same generational differences. He then says how remarkable it is that Mirabel manages to reach Abuela in the movie and make her change her perspective. In the end he adds that he has a big family as well and everyone has their 'role that they play'.
The next question of the interviewer is what gift Alvaro would get in his family. He answers that it would possibly be the gift to spread happiness, no matter how hard the times are (apart from his music).
Next question is how Alvaro deals with pressure and expectations laid upon him by his family. He replies by comparing his pre-success self to his post-success self. He says that very much has changed and that he tries to deal with it by communicating to his family what his job is like and taking them with him to concerts and stuff. He says that way his parents can see that it's okay and not that crazy and different from their (and Alvaro's) early life
Last question of the interviewer is about the stuff behind the scenes, because Alvaro is also doing the end credit song in the German (and Italian) version. He says that it's very interesting and different from TV productions and that Disney is very keen on everyone doing the best they can, but he also says that he really had fun in the studio and a great relationship with the director to the point where he would have wanted to create a whole new character for the movie just so he can do some more voice acting. He finishes by talking about the love that went into the production by not just him but everyone that worked on the movie, and how it's important to love what you do if you work with movies, because otherwise they couldn't spread as much happiness
