Do you let it marinate in the seasoning for at least 30 minutes before cooking? Following up to this message 12 days later. I made this chicken it was ok. I am from the Caribbean so I marinated it the seasonings for about one hour before cooking it. My American guest loved it. My Caribbean friends thought it needed to be more seasoned. But thanks for the recipe. Either way it was a beautiful looking chicken when done.

I did 2 chickens, one with your recipe and the other I rubbed with a little tomato paste, little soy sauce, whole culantro placed under the skin and under the down side of the chicken, olive oil baste and your seasoning. I get my chicken from Whole Foods and they are happy to split it. I asked my son for a high quality boning knife for Christmas and I tried to do it but it’s not always a success

I care for a disabled vet & I also made a plate for my neighbor who is also an older gentleman. They loved it!!!
I used the Himalayan rock salt brine egg for my roasted poultry last night, and it was a game-changer. The meat was perfectly tender, and the flavors were outstanding. But seeing your recipe I want to try and bake this in the oven. This would go very well with a leafy salad I think. Many years ago I had tried and though we liked the taste the long time it takes to bake - close to an hour - is our problem. So I request you to clarify if I can bake this a little in advance and re heat it begire the meals? Not previous day or such. May be bake in the afternoon and then heat for einner....Will chicken get rubbery or something? Thank you for the beautiful video.

Great butchering skills. Sometimes I can do it but at 55 years of age I still have problems sometimes.well done girl! Also how does adobo spice taste. My husband says he doesn’t like it but I suspect it’s because he had a bad experience in a restaurant.
In Malaysia the brand name of the company 'Ayamas' made very delicious roast chicken. I suggest a more less labour intensive method is marinate the chicken overnight in the fridge and roast them in the oven. Less labour intensive than pan fried
Just made this and as many times as I've baked chicken it never come out like this 10/10 again. TY ❤ *I was a lil scared at 1.25hrs cause it didn't brown up but I trusted the process and bang bang. On to the homemade mashed potatoes 🤗

You haven’t mentioned the chicken bouillon in your ingredients. How much is it? No need to add salt?
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon no salt added
