I know there are many people who watch these videos saying "this will not work in my case" or "my ex is not like that". I was in the same position too and no contact method worked for me perfectly. The worst is when your ex break's the no contact rule, to tell you they're in a relationship, and hope that you've moved on. Yep, happen to me, and no, it wasn't one week, two weeks, or a few months. 3 months in and still no contact. I feel in my guy there is a message coming. In the meantime, I’m working on myself to be in a better position regardless.
On the 5th day after the break-up I ran into him. I asked him to reconsider. He refused. I asked him to meet me again. And so we met. I pleaded him to reconsider and he got irritated. I decided not to ask again. One week into NC, i got blocked on social media. That was unusual of him, so I broke NC and called him. I went back to NC and 3rd into NC he texted me asking if I'm doing okay and back in town (I had leave for work). Politely told him I'm out of town and doing good. Asked if there's something urgent. He said he just texted to check me on. To see if I am doing okay. I said why wouldn't I be doing okay and that I don't live in past. He gave 👏 reaction. Now, I'm pissed.

same thing happened to me. @@jaskier428 yes, she blocked me from everywhere. I can tell you’re trying to find a sliver of hope by relating stories, but you gotta move on my guy. You must self-improve (body), grind (money) and focus on your purpose (Music & God for me). She will find her way to you if you were truly meant to be friends. Trust me man, it’s better this way. It feels better knowing im so much stronger than i was 6 months ago, she has to catch up to my level, but it’s not even about that. i got up, and made a change. i used my “oneitis” for her as fuel to move forward. Let this girl be the fuel for you to get up and evolve.

Here's my situation, I was dating someone seriously for three months (great connection, sex, great chemistry, etc). We usually only saw each other @ once a week due to her schedule. Went through a break/breakup February till March. We talked a lot during the break and even saw each other twice, then almost 3 weeks went by, saw her once, then a few days later we broke up. She ended a 2.5 year relationship cause it came down to her not trusting me enough to change. I accepted that I was not in a good mental and physical spot in the fall till we broke up and it killed my relationship, I took her for granted and didn’t appreciate her, I didn’t even listen or try it improve cause I felt so stuck. Hi coach! Just found your channel and it has been a source of comfort. We broke up on Valentine’s Day after a big quarrel, he wanted to break UP and I initiated the BREAK. He agreed to the one month break. We had a getaway booked for that weekend, I asked if he would still want to go, he said yes. We have lived together for 2 years. He wanted to break up because I was unhappy that he spent too much time on his career. He felt that I did not fit into his new life , new friends, and thought maybe he was not ready to settle down. As we lived together for two years, he thought our rs was losing its spark and we were becoming more like best friends than lovers. He still texted me the next day just to say good morning, and we went ahead with the getaway which happened 3 days later. We did not talk about our issues during that period, just enjoyed the time tgt , and he was sweet and behaved almost like normal. When the getaway ended I realised I had covid. For whatever reason, I decided to stay with him during isolation. I stayed at his place for a week. He took care of me, was caring and loving and often checked up on me. I have just recovered, and when I told him I was going home, he asked if I wanted to stay. I said no. So it’s day one into the actual no contact. Our no contact ends in two weeks. I’m worried I have not been doing this no contact correctly. How can I serve the next two weeks of no contact in the best way without messing up?

Please don’t do that mistake. Don’t initiate contact and just respond politely and not too fast. Until he makes it clear that he want u back. He made a video about ur ex breaking the NC. U should watch it. I did that mistake when mine broke the NC and started initiating, ended up being ignored again, and ruining my chances further. Back to stage 1. It’s more hurtful. Believe me please. Stop chatting with him, u are making it easier for him. Just be casual when he reaches out. Go watch the video.

My ex just isn't the one to come back, i've always liked her and for 10 days we dated before she decided she didn't want to go forwards with it. i was young and made all the mistakes of looking needy etc, she ended up blocking me. We had been best friends before that. 10 months later i reached out just to apologise not expecting or particularly looking for a response but she did leave one. A month later of talking and she expressed interest and a month after that we were together. Lasted 18 months before she left, wasn't a bad breakup, she had mentally checked out and i gave her the breakup despite telling her i think we could make it work. 1 month later now and no contact since, i'm not expecting to ever hear from her.

The best way to deal with this is to better yourself, keep your mind occupied like with new hobbies or working out because if they haven't contacted you it's usually because they are in a rebound relationship but sooner or later is going to blow up or they might try to make it work at all costs because they don't want to be alone , look stupid on everyone else eyes and then they might want to come back, but don't take them back because you can love them but you have to love yourself more. Remember this, you first, you second and you third .

What do you do when they come back and say that they feel so alone and that you are driving them away and that you seem to not care. there is light at the end of the tunnel guys.. even when you feel like there isn't, the pain the hurt is definitely a marathon, but u got this 💪🏾 when you overcome this you're gona look back and you will feel amazing I was in my darkest moments right after the break up six months ago, fast forward today, I feel a lot better, still have down moments, but not so bad, the main thing is to focus on yourself, hang out with friends and family and try keep yourself occupied.

On the 5th day after the break-up I ran into him. I asked him to reconsider. He refused. I asked him to meet me again. And so we met. I pleaded him to reconsider and he got irritated. I decided not to ask again. One week into NC, i got blocked on social media. That was unusual of him, so I broke NC and called him. I went back to NC and 3rd into NC he texted me asking if I'm doing okay and back in town (I had leave for work). Politely told him I'm out of town and doing good. Asked if there's something urgent. He said he just texted to check me on. To see if I am doing okay. I said why wouldn't I be doing okay and that I don't live in past. He gave 👏 reaction. Now, I'm pissed.

You must self-improve (body), grind (money) and focus on your purpose (Music & God for me). She will find her way to you if you were truly meant to be friends. Trust me man, it’s better this way. Went through a break/breakup February till March. We talked a lot during the break and even saw each other twice, then almost 3 weeks went by, saw her once, then a few days later we broke up. She ended a 2.5 year relationship cause it came down to her not trusting me enough to change. We broke up on Valentine’s Day after a big quarrel, he wanted to break UP and I initiated the BREAK. He agreed to the one month break. We had a getaway booked for that weekend, I asked if he would still want to go, he said yes.
We have lived together for 2 years. He wanted to break up because I was unhappy that he spent too much time on his career. He felt that I did not fit into his new life , new friends, and thought maybe he was not ready to settle down. As we lived together for two years, he thought our rs was losing its spark and we were becoming more like best friends than lovers.
He still texted me the next day just to say good morning, and we went ahead with the getaway which happened 3 days later. We did not talk about our issues during that period, just enjoyed the time tgt , and he was sweet and behaved almost like normal.
When the getaway ended I realised I had covid. For whatever reason, I decided to stay with him during isolation. I stayed at his place for a week. He took care of me, was caring and loving and often checked up on me. I have just recovered, and when I told him I was going home, he asked if I wanted to stay. I said no.
So it’s day one into the actual no contact. Our no contact ends in two weeks. I’m worried I have not been doing this no contact correctly.

I did that mistake when mine broke the NC and started initiating, ended up being ignored again, and ruining my chances further. Back to stage 1. It’s more hurtful. Believe me please.

The best way to deal with this is to better yourself, keep your mind occupied like with new hobbies or working out because if they haven't contacted you it's usually because they are in a rebound relationship but sooner or later is going to blow up or they might try to make it work at all costs because they don't want to be alone , look stupid on everyone else eyes and then they might want to come back, but don't take them back because you can love them but you have to love yourself more. I'm getting better and better without my ex.
