Sir how is the overtaking vehicle going to over take if the vehicle travels at Vb as of overtaken vehicle that is travelling at the Vb
Overtaking vehicle will travel faster. Only if the speed is higher it can overtake.

for osd we have to take t=2sec only

That is default OSD reaction time for d1 if it is not mentioned in the question..
S=0.2Vb+S....not 0.7...
0.2 if youre using kmph
He convert the velocity to meter/sec
