I’m no fan of AK he’s a goofy online, this is the problem with all u 🤡 in the comments, instead of watching a UA-camr talk about this story go and do your own research about the case. Anyone with common sense can read her entire report and see that she lied. First off the police got a search warrant, and the police decided after AK showed them his surveillance videos the police decided not to file charges on him That’s why she’s suing him instead! 2nd anyone with common sense can read the text messages between her and Ak and see that in their messages, she never once accused him of SA her at all. In one of the messages, she said you will never look at me the same. He also said because he was not there. He’s hearing two different stories from her and the other men. Y’all believe anything y’all here without actually taking little time out of your day to read the reports she’s not gonna win this lawsuit. The proof is in the messages that he had nothing to do with her sexual activities during the threesome.

@@joeblowe3180 no i understand that, fully. i get that to charge someone with someone that serious you’d need substantial evidence. but we had that, screenshots on screenshots of them not blatantly saying what they did, but heavily pointing towards it, and screenshots with said texts and not only that but the police refused to contact snapchat to get the deleted pictures, screenshots, and texts of the abuse happening that they had a group chat together and sent it around in bragging about it. they somehow no longer could view deleted snapchats even though that made no sense. we are in a smaller town and i believe the sergeant had something to do with it. not to mention my sister snitched on herself to our parents telling them she snuck out but that something bad happened to her. she had a friend with her that was kind of a bad influence but im sure my sister also did want to sneak out, however this did not mean she deserves what came with it. there are many many screenshots of texts of them telling her to keep her mouth shut and that if “he gets in trouble for this again his mom will kill him” as he previously had gotten in another deal with another young girl that same sort of scenario, they got away, and she dropped schools. its like a cycle, and not long after the same boy had another accusation at a halloween party. they went around as the popular kids bullying and harassing my sister and anyone that sided with her. eventually not a lot wanted to deal with being the ones against the more known kids. if you’re truly interested i have all the case files and screenshots printed out. we won a lawsuit against the homeowner for neglecting supervision enabling whatever happened to happen. that didn’t even go to court and the insurance company settled before? so tell me why they settled for a .3 million dollars, yet the police and local judge cannot see our evidence for what it is. not to mention, shortly after, a friend of the boys came to my work taunting me telling me “2 dicks at once” yelling at me across my job. for me to then be taken to court bc i kicked him out of the store. to then he decided to lie and claim i followed him with a bunch of my friends and threatened him, which i have proof i was out of town, but at the time in court i was inexperienced and dumbfounded by the lie that i couldn’t find proof atm to refute this. i should’ve called for an extension to do so, however i didn’t have a lawyer and didn’t know what i was doing. i to this day have a screenshot of proof of my location out of town while im getting charged for something that purely came from the boys mouth and was made up. they were sided with them from the beginning man, we live a true hell. Oh and cherry on top, one of the parents of the boys came by our house and asked for us to try and move on from things because her new husband was starting to (have doubts or something along those lines i can’t remember exactly) and it’s ruining their relationship. a lot of people just don’t understand how awful things can get for some people. i’m going to get justice for my sister eventually. and i know you cannot take my word for it, but my family is very loving and caring. we’ve been through a lot as a family and tbh this is the last thing i feel like our family, or any family deserves. nor would my sister ever lie about something so evil. she was the sweetest person, turned into a shell of a person afraid to even go to college because she knows she will see the same boys roaming the halls. we lost my cousin to suicide because of how awful people were to him, and now we have to watch the medicine cabinet to make sure my sister doesn’t do the same.

Going to a meeting and saying you're 1476 days sober is beyond stupidity. Also, there is nothing wrong with getting drunk a couple times a month. Having a drink doesn't mean u "failed" and need to start over at day 1. Everything about treatment doesn't work and is bullshit. It's crazy how it's even legal. There is no other service on earth that fails 99% of the time, but continues to stay in business. Treatment centers should be forced to give u ur money back if you're not sober for a minimum of 1 year.

Even if you have concrete evidence, it's unlikely they'll end up locked up for long or even at all. Look at Bill Cosby - dude spent a couple years in prison for assaulting dozens of women because his lawyers found a loophole.
