Many fans of Bluey applaud the series for conveying complex situations in ways children can understand. One of these situations includes the speculation that Chilli and Bandit experienced a miscarriage during their first pregnancy. The theory first arose from the episode “The Show,” when Bingo pretends to be her mother while telling how her parents fell in love. During her show, the balloon she used to represent Chilli’s pregnancy with Bluey popped, resulting in a tense reaction from Chilli and Bandit. Since then, the couple have completed their family with their beloved daughters, but had Chilli’s first pregnancy continued, then the series would have been very different! Ngl i thought im the weird one to think that chilli has miscarriage from the scene but usually if they hadnt face any miscarriage, bandit wouldve laughed at the exploded balloon but he didnt and he look more worried. I think they done a great job at showing the tragedy without even telling.
This is similar to chilli's sister, i thought shes infertile when chilli said 'No, she cant have it even she want it'. Im glad she isnt and able to move on and had another.
i personally dont think if bluey's older brother was still alive he would have been the protagonist. I think she could have still been the protagonist but her brother would have worked as a middle ground between the more experienced parents but the still childish sisters. Basically giving advice to the girls on stuff he has already been taught by their parents and helping them understand whenever something chilli and bandit try to teach them doesnt inmediately stick but would have also partaken in the girls' many games and adventures
this is an interesting concept, especially if the sibling takes the roll of punching bag in bandits case

miscarriage can happen at any stage of a pregnancy there could be a chance they knew the gender of the baby before it didn't make it

I never thought there was an addition to the family.
What if Bandit and Chili got together out of high school, with a close call on miscarriage, resulting in the eldest being around 8 years older and actually marrying later on? Other than the relationship between Bandit and Chili and their parents and a slight change in their mentality, almost everything already existing could be preserved (situationally). The eldest could be living on their own, visit for episodes that their presence wouldn’t contradict the story, and take the girls out somewhere for the new stories that they could lead them on.

I think that bluey and her brother were actually twins because in the show bluey lifts up bingos shirt and says” that’s Me” then the balloon pops but, bluey might have made it and her brother had died making bluey a rainbow baby(I could be wrong this is just a theory)
if Bluey’s a rainbow baby, she would have never been born if Chilli hadn’t had a miscarriage. Only Bingo and the Other sibling would be alive.
I have 8 siblings. 4 of them either were misscarrigaes or died just a few weeks after birth. I almost died at birth to. But a I have result of that is just severe asthma Tourette’s and adhd. That’s it. So when I saw that part that made me feel

In my opinion , even if there wasn't a miscarriage ,
The show will still be about Blue(y) and Bingo.....but not the pair we are familiar with. The big bro will be named Blue(y) and the Bluey we know will be named Bingo , and Bingo we know may or may not be there.
Also , there would a different "Bobo" if Heelers got three kids......As there are only 5 seats in the current SUV , and you can't fit all three kids in the back if two of them still use carseat (I'm speaking from experience)
.....also , why the biscuit Bluey still use a carseat in the show , she is 6(later 7) , she don't need a seat (at least , I don't think it's law required.....and no , I'm not considering the part of what happened in The Sign , I'm talking about all the episodes before it.)

I feel like bluey would still be the main character because it would be a more interesting show if she was the middle child, because then the show could also be aimed at older and younger kids through communication and dealing with situations with her older brother/sister.
