I am following the Dr Dixit diet plan from 1 year. I have lost 10 kg weight. But I have diagnosed as pre diabetes recently. So I joined 5th weight loss & diabetes reversal challenge from 16th January 2024. Hope I will become non - diabetes & reduce some weight. With regards

Following yor diet plan last three weak. Wt loss 4kg. in 94 kg.
Medicine Glucored Forte, Glucobay. Insuline reduced t0 25 from 40. Sugar level fasting and Pp below 100 many tmes from 200. Age67 and diabetic since last 20 years.

Sir weight 70 hai muje diabetes nhi hai. Pichle 4 sal se mere pairo me dard hai. Dr ne kaha hai ki kamar ki nas dabi hui hai. Dawaiya chalu hai. Dr ne kaha hai ki 15 minute maximum walk krna hai usse jyada nahi.
So kya mai ye diet weight loss ke liye follow kr sakti hu??

चपाती, भात, साखर हे कार्बोहायड्रेट्स आहेत आणि याच्या पासून शरीरात गेल्यानंतर ग्लुकोज बनते म्हणजेच दहा ग्रॅम साखर खाल्ली किंवा दहा ग्रॅम चपाती खाल्ली, गहू खाल्ली तरी त्यापासून ग्लुकोज बनणार आणि सर्वसाधारणपणे असे समजते की दहा ग्रॅम कार्बोहायड्रेट पासून चाळीस ग्रॅम ग्लुकोज बनते असे जर आहे तर मग आपण डायबिटीस असणाऱ्या मंडळींनी गोड पदार्थ खाऊ नयेत असे सांगितले जाते त्याचे कारण काय?

good information but sir if the patient has already lost a lot of weight and fat then what to do. because due to diabetes the face fat has been completely reduced and the body weight reduced from 64kg to 54kg
and i dont want to lose more weight. Please guide

I am not diabetic but to loss weight and staying healthy, me and my daddy have followed this diet plan(2 times meal) for now 1 year and I have lost 10 kg weight.
I also feel more fresh than earlier throughout a day.
