Forgiveness - A Deeper Perspective PLUS a crystal to assist!

The degree in which we can embody forgiveness is directly proportional to the degree in which we can understand the other, or understand that we cannot understand the other. Most of us project our selves on to others and feel "how could they do this thing I would not do?" We are born with a blueprint of planetary influences and have a whole life of experiences different from each other and therefore have different perspective and will make different decisions. Understanding that we are all doing our best from our own level of awareness can help you. If you can, start asking yourself, "What challenges has this person faced?" "What fears to do they have?" You can come to the understanding that you cannot understand them. Accepting this, can assist you in coming closer to forgiveness. Holding on to a grudge/anger sets a frequency inside of you that will effect your outward realty. It is contractive energy. Forgiveness is expansive.
