Honestly most films and series of Kento has look a like of TWICE. Example Kiss that kills - Tzuyu The Good Doctor - Chaeyoung The Death Note - Momo or Mina
for me its a happy ending, depending on how you look at it and what happiness means for you. Main leads ending up together isnt the only thing that makes an ending happy
