Thanks! Yeah, I've done much worse to a car. Lol. Cutting a bumper really isn't a big deal to me. Still, it's always a little nerve racking before you start. Thanks for watching.
Thanks! I was actually so excited about how the front end is coming along that yesterday I installed the new headlights and got to work on the grill. I usually wait until the weekend, but I couldn't wait to see what it would look like! Thanks for watching!
I've always liked how Brandon starts off enthusiastically and then a couple video cuts later "alright, guys. NGL this is a little sketchy." 😂 This looks good.👍
Lol. True. If you read about cutting your bumper by people who have done it online they always say "It took me 30 minutes to do!" I guess if you grab a jigsaw (which a lot of people recommend using) and just start cutting up your bumper without removing it, I guess it would take 30 minutes. However there still are issues with using a jigsaw around the fog lights because the blade would hit them. Anyway....yeah, when I started taping everything off and realizing how accurate I had to be I was getting a little skected out. Lol. It turned out great tho. Thanks for watching.
Glad you like it! I'm really happy with it. The Plasti-dip pissed me off a little, but whatever. I could always peal it off and have that section of the bumper wrapped. It is a huge improvement over what it was. Thanks for watching.
Been loving your vids I have been looking to get a Commander for a while. Your vids have pushed me to start looking. I'm in FL also and can not wait to do an overland build and take it out. Thanks
Right on! It's really hard to find a good one. Most of them are beat up because people abuse them. Especially the Hemi's. Good luck! Thanks for watching.
Now I want to do a new project to my Commander, open the headlights and install projectors, I have seen them installed in other Commanders and they look great
Turned out great! Looks cool. Can’t wait for the next vid. I recently used duplicolor black shadow chrome on my chrome grill and all the other chrome parts. Turned out great. I also bought the eBay black housing headlights with the dark amber turn signals.
I was so excited to get it all together that I actually worked on the Commander today instead of waiting until the weekend. The headlights look awesome and I'm waiting on the grill to dry. These little mods make a huge difference to how the Commander looks. Thanks for watching.
Dude this came out looking badass! I think it's good you sliced the fenders this way and not at an angle, looks clean. Have you considered some roll style bars on the openings or perhaps some thin wire mesh!? I cut up an old mesh grill I had and used it for bumper holes on my integra back in the day. Matte black mesh would look sick!
I like the way you think, but I'm going to leave as is, unless something goes haywire. It really makes the Jeep look different. I'm really digging it. Thanks for always watching!
awesome, not a lot of content on youtube for work on the commander. keep em coming. gotta do the pinch weld mod next. Could fit some bigger tires for sure.
Well it looks ok. Looking forward to you going to a junkyard and finding another bumper, fender flares, inner fenders. Then you will need a ton of Poly blind rivets and the tool to set them. The reason I'm saying this is that there is lots of electrical in front of the tires and tucked in behind the inner fenders that need to be protected from the elements, especially with the amount of rain and flooding we get in Florida. It's going to cause all sorts of electrical problems just with that, never mind taking it anywhere offroad where wiring tends to get torn out. I discovered this painfully after removing an inner fender and driving for a few days waiting for the rivets to show up. Took over a week to dry everything out and get things like lights and the temp sensor working again. Your fog lights will be the first to fail.
AAAAAAAAWESOME 🔥 JOB !!! Just curious where did you get your FRONT LOWER BUMPER PROJECTOR FOR LIGHTS ??? Please 🙏 reply back... thank you!!! 😎 FYI: I have 2006 4.7 and ❤️ love being a Jeeper!!!
Yo bro so I’m looking to paint my front bumper. All black it’s just cause little sun damage nothing crazy! So do I just pull the bumper off, then just spray? Thank you in advanced!
You're right...I love it! Love it so much I finished the front end today because I couldn't wait for the weekend! Love the way it turned out. It looks completely different. Thanks for watching.
Love the new look. You are so brave to take a saw to your vehicle, but I guess you have learned to trust your vision. Very cool.

looks incredible, you've defiently set the blueprint for what I want to do to my commander. Keep up the great work man

That modification fit you very well, my friend, I changed the front of my commander and put a full metal bumper and his winch
That's awesome. I have bigger things coming! I'm not finished yet! Thanks for watching.
Looks great Bro!!!! LOVE THE CENTER BUMPER! Clean cuts and a clean look! Enjoying the progression.

We'll see, but I doubt it. Thanks for watching!
@@ExtremeDailyDrivers I have a Commander Overland. I don't doubt it.
@@dagger4146 I'm certainly not the first person to do this. We'll see!
Hello! I like the COMMANDER hood badge... if you've posted about where you bought it, I can't find it! Where can I get that? Thanks.
I made it. I linked the letters in one of the videos. Thanks for watching.

Looks super aggressive 👌🏾

The short answer is "no". Check out some of my other videos where I show you how to paint things. Thanks for watching.
It would look good if you plasti dipped the fenders.
I've considered it, but I have other plans. Thanks for watching!
